For your convenience, a limited number of rooms have been reserved for meeting registrants at reduced rates (tuition fees do not include accommodations). We encourage all meeting registrants to book their guest room reservations early. Reservation requests received after our reserved room block has been filled will be accepted by the Hotel on a space available basis and will be subject to the hotel’s prevailing rates. The hotel special room rate for our group is $175 per room, single or double occupancy.  An additional charge of $50 will be added for each guest over double occupancy with a maximum of four guests per room. Room rates are subject to the prevailing 9% city and hotel tax. To secure your guest room reservation, Caesars Palace requires a first night deposit, plus tax with payment in the form of credit card or personal check. The balance will be due at check-in.
